These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Telegram chatbot ("Chatbot", “Emma”) @datingandrelationshipscoachbot provided by SageLabs ("we," "us," or "our"). By interacting with Emma, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before interacting with Emma. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from interacting with Emma.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By interacting with Emma, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not interact with Emma.

2. Use of Information

The Chatbot will collect and store user information and messages sent by users for the purpose of providing assistance and improving the Chatbot's functionality. Your information and messages may be stored in a database.

3. Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your privacy and the security of your data. While we take reasonable measures to secure your information, you acknowledge that the transmission of data over the internet may not be completely secure and that we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

4. User Responsibilities

You may only interact with Emma if you are not considered a minor according to the laws of your place of residence. In the UK, this means that you need to be at least 18 years old in order to interact with Emma.

When interacting with Emma, you agree to:
a. Discuss only dating- and relationship-related matters with the Chatbot.
b. Use the Chatbot for lawful purposes only.
c. Not use the Chatbot to send or share content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
d. Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Chatbot or its systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The Chatbot, including its design, content, and underlying technology, is protected by intellectual property rights owned by us or our licensors. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Chatbot without our express written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

You understand and agree that the Chatbot is provided "as is" and we make no warranties or representations regarding its functionality, accuracy, or availability. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use or inability to use the Chatbot.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued interaction with Emma after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Emma at our discretion, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Any legal action arising out of these Terms shall be brought in the courts of England.

10. Disclaimer and Voice Messages

By interacting with Emma you acknowledge that the information provided by Emma is for informational and educational purposes only, that Emma is not a licensed medical or healthcare professional, and that her advice is not a substitute for the services of such professionals. It is always recommended to consult with a qualified medical or healthcare professional for any medical or health-related concerns.
By interacting with Emma you also acknowledge that any voice messages received from Emma are spoken by an AI-generated voice and not a human voice.

11. Payments

Payments related to the Chatbot are processed exclusively through third-party payment processors, and we do not directly handle or process such transactions. Consequently, we cannot be held responsible or liable for any issues, errors, or disputes arising from the payment process or related to the use of the third-party payment processors.

By interacting with Emma, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from interacting with Emma.
